Shhhhhhhh.

"If you can't improve the silence...

don't speak."

I absolutely love this golden nugget.
I've heard it said a thousand times,
by a thousand tongues...

"if you don't have anything good to say,
don't say anything at all."

But what I like about the former quote is
that it speaks very highly of silence.

"If you can't improve the silence...

very simply... be quiet!"
