as though I am all that matters.

Fear destroys power.
Fear steals victory,
says "run and hide",
says "I can't", "I won't", "I mustn't!"
Fear talks too much.
Fear is a big fat bully.

So the teenage difficulties just really
end up being discipline problems within
the home. Problems with respect and
communication and methods of discipline.
Maybe we ought to blame the culture less,
and look at our own behavior as parents!
